By using MABEL materials I certify the details supplied at registration are correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that my name and details supplied will be added to the confidential registration files held by MABEL during Phase 1 until May 31st 2021 and Phase 2 until June 2024. I acknowledge that if I have registered prior to the end of Phase 1 I will be contacted by the MABEL Administrators and offered an opportunity to decline a continuation of my registration for the duration of Phase 2. I understand that my personal information will not be passed on to any other organisation nor displayed publicly on the website. I understand that I can request the removal of my details by contacting the MABEL administrators using the form found on the Contact page.
Test Usage:
By using MABEL materials I agree to protect the integrity of these tests by using them solely for my own purposes. I agree to take ownership and responsibility for the ethical use of these tests. I will not pass them on to any user and will not reproduce or adapt them for further dissemination. I agree that the responsibility for handling the data obtained from the tests is with me and my organization, and not with the MABEL tool or tool providers. I am aware that this agreement is considered a verification of my electronic signature and confirms my acceptance of these terms.
